As a mum life can get pretty hectic so a meal I can put on in the morning and come home to after work and school runs sounds amazeballs. If your anything like me sometimes you just can’t beat a good curry. I’ve looked at a few recipes and just the sheer number of ingredients puts me off instantly. I like something simple, quick and easy. So that is what I have tried to come up with.
Steps

I just start by browning off my chopped chicken breasts and onions. You do not need to Cook the chicken all the way through as it will cook in the sauce. I just seal mine. |

Once that's done I chuck it in my slow cooker along with the made up stock, chopped tomatoes and tomato puree. I then add my Tikka curry powder. I don’t measure, but I'm pretty liberal with it :-) I like a good hot curry so next I add in my curry powder along with the garlic and Tumeric. the hot one, you can use medium if you prefer it less spicy. |

I then just give it a good stir, whack on the lid and put it on a medium heat until I'm ready to eat it in the evening. Just before serving I stir through my 3-4tbsp of fat free yoghurt and I'm good to go. Hope you enjoy xoxo |
